The integrated energy storage machine mainly consists of three parts: energy storage inverter, energy storage battery, and connection box (Matebox). The raw materials of the integrated energy storage machine include battery cells, general integrated circuits (chips), electronic components, battery cells, electrical devices (switches, circuit breakers), wiring harnesses, structural parts and other components. The integrated energy storage machine is an innovation in the appearance design of energy storage products. It adopts an intensive design method to improve the convenience of installation and the aesthetics of the product. It is more in line with the application scenarios of households requiring smaller floor space and higher integration. Therefore, the integrated energy storage machine is one of the future technical development directions in the field of energy storage. The core technology contained in the integrated energy storage machine product is not substantially different from other energy storage battery and inverter products. The energy storage system can be divided into two forms: split application and integrated application. Split application means that the battery and inverter equipment are independent and used in combination. In this mode, users have higher flexibility in choice; integrated application includes the application of the integrated energy storage machine series products. In this mode, the appearance is simple and the installation convenience is improved.

GE energy storage systems support multiple operating modes to meet different user needs. The energy generated by the photovoltaic system is used for self-use, the excess energy is used to charge the battery, and the rest of the energy can be fed into the grid. When the photovoltaic power is not enough to meet the load, the battery should be discharged to support the load. If both the photovoltaic power and the battery power are insufficient, the system will draw power from the grid to support the load. The operating mode depends on the photovoltaic energy and the user’s preference.
